Royal Portrush Golf Clubwww.royalportrushgolfclub.com "The Dunluce course remains the fairest links I have ever played. It will test every club in your bag and each hole will present you with its own challenges. Sacrificing a little distance for accuracy, particulary if the wind blows will give you every chance of playing to your handicap. That is if you can keep your eyes off the majestic scenery!"

It offers two choices: the short, safe drive to the corner of the dogleg, leaving a long second; or the chance to cut the corner and reduce the hole to a short iron. The wind will dictate your choice, but remember this: do not go over the green as it drops sharply to the beach below. Hole #14 - 210 yards par 3 Perhaps one of Ireland's most infamous holes, in part because of its name 'Calamity' and in part because of the experiences that informed its naming. The par-3 measures 213 yards with a carry over an intimidating gully of 190 yards. Anything to the right of the green drops literally straight down 50 feet. ScorecardCourse played: Dunluce Links
